David Bukszpan is a writer and literary/arts publicist living in Brooklyn.

 

His new book, Crosswordese: The Weird and Wonderful Language of Scrabble will be available in September, 2022.

 

He's also the author of Is That a Word?: From AA to ZZZ, The Weird and Wonderful Language of Scrabble, which Will Shortz called "a fresh, amusing, 21st-century guide to everything Scrabble."

 

His writing has also appeared in The New York Times, The Paris Review, The Daily Beast, Harper's, n+1, and elsewhere.

 

He cofounded the liteary jersey t-shirt company Novel-T with the photogragher Michael Kravetsky, and created the international arts and ideas "blind date" video project Hyphenings with the author Cédric Duroux.
